I was sent to manage this organization from headquarters in Japan. I believe that the success of the business is linked to the overall capability of the staff. Therefore, I wanted to develop and improve each staff's capability and team work. To do so, I thought that it was better for me to have an outside consultant because he must have knowledge, experience and be fair to every staff member. I was very lucky to find Anthony to implement this task. He is, of course, professional and neutral and fair to everybody. He also has a lot of knowledge and experience, I am sure that we are going to the right direction with his great input.
Working with Anthony has enabled me to have a closer look at my behavioral patterns, as well as helping me to manage different personalities. Anthony easily gains insight into people's behavior and personalities. This enables him to give clear and concise direction as to how to manage them.
He is a very good coach, simplifies things, pretty accurate in assessing people, one feels comfortable and confident to talk to him. Anthony always puts the "Why" and the "Because" in place for me as well as he puts things into perspective....GREAT to work with!
I am halfway through my business coaching with Fauve People Development and I am feeling that I am reaping the rewards of the process already. Not only does it help focus the key areas that I need to be concentrating on, it has made me think (subconsciously) of how I interact with my peers and I have also become a lot more proactive. Prior to this process I was feeling that I was heading into a funnel and becoming narrower as a business manager, now with the help of my coach I feel I have reversed that process.
